Event Description: A night of salad, auctions, and fun, Salad Bowl is a celebration of Pottery Northwest and the people who have found a home here. Guests pick out a salad bowl at the beginning of the night — which they get to take home — and eat dinner off of it! Salad Bowl guests also have the first pick of the ClayFest Northwest exhibition.
Event Description: Warm up with some soup, bread, and drinks and take home a handmade ceramic or woodturned bowl or cup! All bowls and cups have been kindly donated by local ceramic and woodturning artists, many of whom are instructors and volunteers at the Arbutus Folk School. Tickets for the event are $35 and include selecting a handmade bowl or cup to take home. Additional cups and bowls can be purchased for $25 each. Ticket also includes soup, bread, dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage! Beer, wine, and Whitewood Cider will be available for purchase. Come early for the best selection of bowls!
Donations received from the event will be shared with The People’s House and the Arbutus Folk School. The People’s House is an emergency overnight shelter that also coordinates mental health and emergency basic needs services for the Olympia area.

Event Description: WACK will be holding an Empty Bowls Event in Bellingham on Friday, May 5 at the Boundary Bay Brewery! $15 entry gives you one handmade bowl to keep (made by local artists and students) and some delicious local soup!
There will be Boundary Bay Beers to purchase, and live music by local bands Coldwater Collective and BandZandt! It's going to be an all around good time!
In addition to our Empty Bowls dining event, we will be holding a silent auction platter show at the Old World Deli in Bellingham. The handmade platters will be up and on display for the month of April, and will come to an end at our Boundary Bay Brewery event!
